We will use reasonable efforts to process any refund due within 30 days of the termination date, unless there are exceptional circumstances or disagreements regarding the refund’s application or amount. We may issue the refund to you using the same payment mechanism as the original credit card payment or, if that payment mechanism (such as the original credit card) is no longer accessible, any other payment mechanism we select. We are not required to return any non-refundable costs, such as the setup fee or content evaluation fee, regardless of the reason for terminating the applicable service order or service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Regardless of any damages you may incur, the company’s and any of its suppliers’ total liability under any provision of these terms, as well as your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the service, or $100 USD if you have not purchased anything through the service.
